The aim of the study was to evaluate anticancer activity methanol and aqueous extracts leaves Tinosporacordifolia Wild Miers against a Human Breast Carcinoma Cell line(MDAMB231) by MTT assay. coarse powder leaf were subjected Soxhletextraction microwave assisted extraction using water as solvent. IC50 values extract followed soxhlation found be 59.85μg/mL 249μg/mLrespectively in MDAMB231 cells comparison Standard Vincristine 14.41µM whereas soxhlet did not possess any activity. This suggests that can useful treatment breast cancer.
